BECOMING A MEMBER
While we consider ourselves a community choir organization and make every effort to have our programs available to all interested singers, we do require that new singers meet with the conductor to sing and talk about what it means to be a member of the Edmonton Youth & Children's Choirs. This meeting allows the conductor to meet the chorister, hear them sing to allow for suitable vocal placement and talk about what it means to be a member of our choirs. Choristers and parents have the opportunity to ask questions about finances, schedules and the commitment level expected in our organization. We are looking for young people with positive attitudes, who are willing to learn and try new things, and who will become good friends to the wonderful people in our choirs.
